Melissa Dickson has been the Training Technician for Crisis Systems Management since 2007 where she is responsible for the production of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, student manuals, case studies, and scenarios. Melissa is also responsible for the organization, printing, and shipping of course materials and equipment to training sites. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Drury University and currently lives in Lebanon, Missouri with her daughters Mayson and MacKenzie.
