This two-day First Responder Resiliency and Peer Support Training Course is a practical course of instruction designed to prepare law enforcement and other emergency service personnel with the ability to recognize and manage stress and connect this approach to the enhancement of human resiliency. 

This course is especially effective as an overview for supervisors within emergency services to better support subordinates and colleagues from a wellness perspective.

This course is an abbreviated version of the 40-hour course is most often customized to meet the specific needs of a host agency. Host agencies will work the program director to identify topic areas in order to make the most of limited training time.
