In addition to the 40-hour Crisis/Hostage and Peer Support Courses offered by CSM, we are also able to provide a number of customized 1- and 2-day courses to fit the schedules and training requirements of host agencies. Supervisors of crisis negotiation and peer support teams often find it difficult to come up with meaningful training month after month and sending personnel to seminars and conferences may per cost prohibitive.
